Good for an "overnighter", this "well-cared-for" suite spot is in a "rough", "marginal" area of North Phoenix; still, the actually property feels "safe" and the "spacious" rooms are equipped with a kitchen (with fridge and stove), while additional amenities include free WiFi, an "attractive and clean" pool area and hot breakfast; however, good listeners warn that being "right on the interstate" means some suites can be "slightly noisy."

I loved the room and the entire place. Very comfortable.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also I particularly liked the breakfast. It was fabulous. The room was nice and spacious and clean.

It was freeway close
It was outdated, in a bad neighborhood and smelled funny.
Hotel is not a good representation of the Marriott brand. It appeared to be a converted condo/apartment complex from the 1970's. Besides the Neighborhood was very dangerous a lot of drug dealers and hookers around the hotel. ...read more
